Baby Eli
Merry New Year Lovely Lindy Charm School For Girls Followers and friends… I am an open book as most of you know so wanted to share my Christmas with you before we embark on whats happening around my world in January…
Christmas, Birthdays, Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Valentine’s Day and every other special day in between has always been important to me.. I celebrate and immerse myself in the celebrations and I love the happiness it has always brought. Even Anzac Day which is a solemn day of remembrance was still a proud & happy day for me as I got to march with my Dad and spend time with my family… Any reason to bring us together was a joyous thing. I am a bit Naff at times with my enthusiasm but as I once said to my kids when they are asked if Santa Clause was real, I said, when you stop believing in the magic the magic stops coming to you (That included presents in the santa sack!).. I was most pleased to find my 32 year old still hanging up his santa bag this year.. Anyway, as I was approaching Christmas this year in the usual manner of chaos, lists and last minute shopping, something was different, something sitting right in my heart and mind that was ever present.. Trepidation, and a feeling of something not quite familiar, the same or even comforting… You see, I was coming into this year’s Christmas celebrations minus two very important people in my life that were missing. My Beloved Dad who passed away last year and my Baby Sister Elisha Neave who passed away 6 months ago, both from cancer. I was sad, lost and worried that this Christmas would be an emotional rollacoaster and lots of tears and sadness… but my prayers leading up to the big day must have been noted.. I asked for Dad and Elisha to be with us all day, whispering messages of love and comfort with every gentle breeze that flowed through the house, I prayed for laughter, sharing of memories and for Elisha’s son Jack to enjoy Christmas like any 12 Year old boy should….(as much as possible without his Mum).. It was a rocky start and I said to Ray, everything is higildy pigildy, topsy turvy and all over the place….. He whispered… “Go with it”… Mum was in hospital and we had to bust her out for 6 hr blocks each day in between treatments (Yes for Bloody Cancer!), living an hour away from the hospital was a challenge,.. BUT.. with all that, I am pleased to share with you that the only tears on the day were that of our two new Grandbabies who we were blessed with in the last couple of months. Baby Eli (Named after Elisha) was just 10 days old and Luna Rose were the focus of New Life, New Hope and Joy for this year. Dad and Elisha were certainly there I feel, they were tickling everyone as the laughs flowed. The bad singing ensued along with family game favourites like Jenga and pass the pigs were happening off to one corner… We shared memories, looked at photos but for the most part we were consumed with the hype of activity and the squeals of delights from the kidlets as they ripped open their presents under the tree…
I send all my love, light and sparkles of hope to those missing their loved ones, those holding it together and those grieving.. Tis a season to be jolly for sure but tis a season where extra hugs are needed for those feeling lonely, sad and blue.. Reach out and ask.. Are you OK? To someone/anyone… Merry New Year everyone…I’m excited about 2015 us all.. And if you believe in Chinese numbers for good luck – 2015 adds up to the number 8.. The luckiest of them all…
PS: Mum is out of hospital, doing well and whilst in there managed to whip up 6 new hats for sale including her new 1950’s Pill Box Design… I will share soon…

What is the basic idea behind waist training?
The aim of waist training is to try and make the area between the hips and the ribcage smaller by working the front and lower abdominals and obliques. The idea is to strengthen these muscles to create a flatter tummy and more defined waist.
What benefits does wearing the corset provide?
There are two types of corset: the first is to aid strength and is often worn post-pregnancy or by people who have back problems. The second is used during workouts to increase body temperature, causing you to sweat more and feel like you are burning extra fat. The corset used by Kim Kardashian is a mixture of the two; it aids her workout at the same time as improving her core stability by providing extra support.

What sort of body shape can you hope to achieve with waist training?
The idea of waist training is to produce a classic hourglass shape. Obviously you can’t change the size of your hips but with proper training you can remove love handles and extra layers of fat around your waist to create a covetable curvy shape. BUY YOURS TODAY HERE:
